The Alectra Utilities System Control and Outage Call Centre is on duty 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to respond to your report.
- Report a power outage affecting your premises;
- Report a hazard or unsafe electrical condition - e.g. downed power lines;
- Report information about Alectra Utilities equipment such as graffiti, fence damage at substations, low wires, etc.
Attach a photo to your report but only if it is safe to do so. Be sure to stay at least 10 metres - the length of a school bus - away from any electrical hazard.
