  • Landlord agreements to transfer or disconnect the electricity service at rental premises when a tenant closes their account. 
  • Update existing transfer agreements with your choice of Time-of-Use or Tiered Pricing.

Join our convenient pre-authorized payment plan, and we will automatically withdraw your payment from your financial institution on your bill due date. Residential customers also have an Equal Payment option.

Residential COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program (CEAP)

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, this program is now closed. Alectra Utilities has disbursed all of the CEAP funding provided by the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines.

New February 15, 2021 - The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has changed the eligibility criteria to make CEAP-SB for small businesses and registered charities more easily accessible.

The OESP provides ongoing monthly credits directly on the bills of eligible low-income customers.

LEAP provides a one-time financial assistance grant to low-income customers who are struggling to pay their electricity bill.

This form must be completed in full and submitted by the Developer prior to Alectra Utilities providing an Offer to Connect Agreement. This form uses Adobe Approved Trust List. It will still open if you choose not to update the list or close/cancel the prompt.
