Get ready for My Alectra, your new and improved online customer portal. This spring, My Account customers will be automatically moved to the new My Alectra online customer portal, when the old portal is retired.

Here’s what you need to know:

For Current My Account Users

  1. Existing My Account users will be securely moved to the new My Alectra online customer portal.
  2. Use your My Account username and password to log in to My Alectra and discover an all new experience for managing your account online. Your My Account password will be available to log in to My Alectra for the first 90 days.
  3. If you have any trouble logging in to My Alectra, please use the “Forgot username or Password?” links on the login page. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your online profile to recover your username or reset your password.

For Paperless Billing Customers

  1. If you are registered for paperless billing, you will continue to receive monthly ebill notices by email as usual.
  2. Note that your ebill notices will come from a new email address, NoReply@AlectraUtilities.com. Please add this email address to your safe senders list to ensure you continue to receive your monthly ebill notices.

For New Online Account Users

Once launched, register for My Alectra and navigate through the user-friendly platform to discover convenient online tools for managing your Alectra Utilities account.

To register you will need:

  1. Your account number
  2. Your name as it appears on your bill
  3. The phone number associated with your account

I'm an existing My Account and/or paperless billing customer. Is there anything I need to do?

We will take care of moving all of your important customer information and account details over to your secure and easy-to-use My Alectra online account.

Once launched, use your existing My Account username and password to log in to My Alectra. Your My Account password will be available to log in to My Alectra for the first 90 days. After this time, you will be prompted to reset your password, or you can use the forgot password link.

I forgot my username. How do I log in to My Alectra?

To recover your username, click the forgot username link on the login page, and enter the email address associated with your online profile. You will receive an email from NoReply@AlectraUtilities.com with instructions for how to recover your username.

I forgot my password and can’t log in to My Alectra. How do I reset my password? 

To reset your password for My Alectra, click the forgot password link on the login page, and enter the username associated with your online profile. You will receive an email from NoReply@AlectraUtilities.com with instructions for how to reset your password.

I forgot my password and no longer have access to the email address I used to register. How do I reset my password for My Alectra?

Please contact us to delete your existing My Alectra profile. Once it’s removed from our system, you’ll be able to sign up for a new My Alectra online profile using your new email address and by creating a new password.

I'm on paperless billing. Will I continue to receive ebill notices by email?

If you are registered for paperless billing, you will continue to receive monthly ebill notices by email as usual.

Note that your ebill notices will come from a new email address, NoReply@AlectraUtilities.com. Please add this email address to your safe senders list to ensure you continue to receive your monthly ebill notices.

We’re a business that was registered for My Account with an employee’s email address who is no longer with our company. How can we change the password or email address?

Please contact us to delete the My Account profile associated with the previous employee’s email address. Once it has been removed from our system, you’ll be able to sign up for a new My Alectra online profile using your new email address and create a new password.

I didn’t have a My Account profile. What information do I need to register for My Alectra?

Alectra Utilities customers who did not have a My Account profile can register for My Alectra using the following information:

  1. Your account number
  2. Your name as it appears on your bill
  3. The phone number associated with your account
I don’t know which phone number is associated with my account. How can I register for My Alectra?

You can register for My Alectra using any phone number that is associated with your Alectra Utilities account. Please call 1-833-ALECTRA for assistance with adding phone numbers to your account. Once you are registered for My Alectra, you will be able to manage the phone numbers associated with your account in your online profile.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after registering for My Alectra?

Be sure to add NoReply@AlectraUtilities.com to your safe senders list and please check your spam/junk folders. If you cannot find your confirmation email, contact us.
