- Multi-year cable replacement projects at an investment of $9.5 million, replacing deteriorating underground cable to improve reliability for approximately 220 residential and commercial customers.
- Pole replacements at Centre Street to improve reliability for approximately 57 customers.

In 2022, Alectra plans to invest in significant capital renewal projects in Barrie, including:
- $3.0 million to rehabilitate underground cable at Sunnidale Road and Anne Street North, reducing outage impacts for 3,550 customers.
- $2.3 million to upgrade feeder lines and metering for Barrie Transformer Station, increasing electricity supply for 7,500 customers.
Replacing pole infrastructure
In 2022, Alectra plans to deliver capital renewal projects in Bradford West Gwillimbury, including:
- Pole renewals at John Street East and Nelson Street to improve reliability for approximately 51 customers.
Replacing underground cable
In 2022, Alectra plans to continue to invest in capital renewal projects across Brampton, including:
- $1.1 million to continue rehabilitating underground cable, reducing outage impacts for 1,100 customers.
- $0.4 million to rehabilitate underground cable at Bovaird Drive East, Dixie Road, Queen Street East, and Hwy 410, reducing outage impacts for 2,800 customers.
Renewing infrastructure and extending feeder line
In 2022, Alectra plans to continue to deliver work focused on asset renewal and customer-driven work by investing:
- $284,000 to renew switchgear equipment in the southwest area of the city.
- $164,000 to construct new feeder line at Arlen Municipal Transformer Station.
Replacing underground cable and extending feeder line
In 2022, Alectra plans to deliver significant capital renewal projects in Hamilton by investing:
- $3 million to renew and replace underground cable on Millen, Barton and Fruitland, reducing outage impacts for 1,065 customers.
- $2.3 million to replace underground cable on Stonechurch Road West and Garth Street, reducing outage impacts for 1,700 customers.
- $5.2 million to construct two new feeder lines from Horning Transformer Station to provide capacity relief to the south- mountain area, increasing the electricity supply for 4,097 customers.

In 2022, Alectra plans to invest in significant capital renewal projects in Markham, including:
- $4.0 million to rehabilitate underground cable at Steeles Avenue East and McCowan Road, reducing outage impacts for 4,500 customers.
- $1.4 million to rehabilitate underground cable at Highway 7, McCowan Road, 14th Avenue, and Old Kennedy Road, reducing outage impacts for 76 customers.

- $1.6 million to replace underground cable replacement at Burnhamthorpe Road and Mississauga Road, reducing outage impacts for 717 customers.

- $1.5 million to replace underground cable at Millcreek Drive and Erin Mills Parkway, reducing outage impacts for 713 customers.
