Scheduled outages for two online customer portals February 22 and 24
Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, two online customer portals will be unavailable at the following times:
- New Connections Customer Portal: Saturday, February 22 at 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- My Alectra: Monday, February 24 at 1 a.m. – 5 a.m.
During the My Alectra outage on February 24, you will not be able to log in to access your account information or submit online service requests.
- If you’re moving, please complete an online form.
- To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
