My Alectra Scheduled Outages on June 14 and 16, 2025

Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable at the following times: 

  • Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (the portal may be intermittently unavailable, with minimal disruption)
  • Monday, June 16, 2025 from 1:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. 

During these times, you may be temporarily unable to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests. 

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map.
