Alectra Utilities offices will be closed on Monday, May 19 in observance of the Victoria Day statutory holiday.

As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable Monday, May 19, 2025 from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. During this time, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests. 

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map.
