Alectra Utilities Holiday Office Hours

Alectra Utilities offices will be closed in observance of the Good Friday (April 18) and Easter Monday (April 21) holidays. 

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. 

My Alectra Scheduled Outage on April 21, 2025 

Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable Monday, April 21, 2025 from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. During this time, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests. 

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map.
