Severe Weather Update: Alectra crews continue responding to multiple outages

Alectra Utilities crews are actively responding to multiple power outages across our communities, including outages affecting Kleinburg and the Commerce Valley area of Markham following yesterday’s severe weather event.

Flooding has created challenging conditions in some areas, impacting our crews’ ability to safely access certain locations and complete restoration work as quickly as we would like. The safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority.
