My Alectra Scheduled Outages on October 27 and 28, 2025

Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable at the following times: 

  • Monday, October 27, 2025 from 1:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 1:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.

During these times, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests.

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map.
