My Alectra Scheduled Outage on October 12-13, 2025

Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable from Sunday, October 12 at 11:00 p.m. to Monday, October 13 at 4:00 a.m. During this time, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests.

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
