  • My Alectra: Register and log in to My Alectra to view your account balance and due date and download your bill in PDF format.
  • By Phone: Call us at 1-833-253-2872, press “2” for self-serve options; press “1” and follow the prompts to enter your 10-digit account number and street number.

Report a Power Outage

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map or our X account @alectranews.
