On November 15, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announced a national strike that will cause service delays for Canadians. Mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed.
Alectra Utilities is committed to supporting our customers in managing their accounts conveniently and securely, and we want to ensure you are aware of other ways to access your bill and stay up-to-date with your account.
During the Canada Post service disruption, it is important that you stay informed of your account balance and make your bill payments on time to prevent late payment charges. Thank you for your co-operation, patience and assistance.

- Pay at your bank or financial institution: Online, by telephone, or in-person.
- Pay by credit card: 1.49% service fee will apply. You may also log in to My Alectra and go to Billing > Pay My Bill to add a credit card to your profile.
