My Alectra Scheduled Outage May 29 - June 2, 2026
Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable from Friday, May 29 at 5:00 p.m. to Tuesday, June 2 at 6:00 a.m. During this time, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests.
Our Contact Centre is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and System Control remains operational 24/7.
Get Your Account Balance and Due Date
- Call us at 1-833-253-2872, press “2” for self-serve options;
- Press “1” and follow the prompts to enter your 10-digit account number and street number.
Report a Power Outage
- To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
