My Alectra Scheduled Outage on April 10-13, 2026

Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable from Friday, April 10 at 10:00 p.m. to Monday, April 13 at 6:00 a.m. During this time, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests.

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map or our X account @alectranews.
