Alectra is currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the My Alectra online customer portal. Customer account access is temporarily unavailable. However, our Contact Centre and System Control are operational.

As a result, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests.

  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report.
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map or our X account @alectranews.
