My Account Scheduled Outage February 3-6
As part of our ongoing commitment to meet and improve customer experience, Alectra Utilities is in the process of upgrading and improving a number of our foundational technologies and applications.
As part of this work to implement some of these system enhancements, the Alectra My Account portal will be unavailable from Friday, February 3, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. to Monday, February 6, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. During this time, you will not be able to log in to the My Account portal to access your account information or submit any online service requests for Move-Out, Pre-Authorized Payment, or Rate Option Switches.
Should you have an immediate need to access your account information or to submit a request for service changes, please contact our Customer Service team during regular business hours Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
