Alectra offices closed Monday, September 30 in observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a federal statutory holiday to be recognized every September 30. It is a direct response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action 80. 

Alectra offices will be closed on Monday, September 30, 2024 to observe the significance of the holiday.

My Alectra Scheduled Outages September 30 and October 1

Alectra Utilities is performing system maintenance to serve you better. As part of this work, the My Alectra portal will be unavailable at the following times: 

  • Monday, September 30, 2024 from 1:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. 
  • Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 1:30 a.m. – 4:30 a.m. 

During these times, you will not be able to log in to My Alectra to access your account information or submit online service requests. 

  • If you’re moving, please complete an online form. 
  • To report a power outage, call us at 1-833-253-2872 (Option 1) or use our online chat. Our System Control and Outage Call Centre are on duty 24/7 to respond to your report. 
  • For outage updates, view our power outage map.
